What we collect and why

When you submit our enquiry form we collect the name, email address, telephone number, service of interest and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange any site survey or works you request.

Lawful basis

We process this information under our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries about our services and, where you are requesting a quote or works, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Analytics and anti-spam

  • We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It reports aggregated visit statistics and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.
  • Our enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a cookieless anti-spam check.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox through our form provider (Web3Forms). Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the analytics and anti-spam tools above. Our Contact page shows a static map image; if you choose to open directions, Google Maps opens in a new tab under Google's own terms. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@apollopropertymaintenance.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page.
